Terms of Service

By using xdini (the "Service") at xdini.com, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. xdini is operated by Keepitupp Platforms.

xdini helps you see how often you show up on 𝕏. That includes:

• A free, anonymous 30-day activity check for public 𝕏 usernames
• Optional accounts with 𝕏 connection, ongoing tracking, history, public profiles, and share cards
• xdini Pro: a paid yearly subscription (currently $19/year) for continued tracking and related Pro features

Pricing and included features may change; the pricing page is the current offer.

You may sign in with email magic link or Google via our auth provider. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your email or Google account secure. Provide accurate information and do not impersonate others.

Connecting 𝕏 grants xdini read-only access through 𝕏's official OAuth and APIs. We use that access to count public activity and build your history. We do not post, reply, like, follow, or send DMs as you.

You must comply with 𝕏's terms and rules. Protected or private accounts may not work with xdini. 𝕏 API availability, rate limits, and pricing can affect the Service; we are not responsible for 𝕏 outages or API changes.

The anonymous checker is provided as-is, subject to rate limits and caching. Results are estimates based on public data available through the 𝕏 API at check time. Do not use the checker to harass people or scrape at scale.

Paid plans are billed through Stripe. By upgrading, you authorize recurring charges for the plan you select until you cancel. You can manage or cancel via the Stripe customer portal linked from xdini. Canceling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the paid period unless stated otherwise.

Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or where we choose to issue a refund. Taxes may apply.

If you use a public profile or share cards, you understand that information can be viewed and reshared by others. Do not publish content you are not comfortable making public.

You agree not to:

• Abuse, overload, or circumvent rate limits or security
• Attempt unauthorized access to accounts or systems
• Use xdini to violate law or 𝕏's rules
• Resell or misuse API-derived data beyond personal use of the Service
• Reverse engineer the Service except where allowed by law

xdini branding, UI, and software are owned by us or our licensors. You keep rights to your own content. You grant us a limited license to host and display content as needed to run the Service (including public profiles and share cards you create).

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime, perfect streak accuracy, or continued 𝕏 API access.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (OR ZERO IF YOU ONLY USED FREE FEATURES).

You may stop using xdini at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, abuse the Service, or if we discontinue the product. Provisions that should survive (including disclaimers and liability limits) will survive termination.

We may update these Terms. The "Last updated" date will change when we do. Material changes may be highlighted on the site. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.
